Many people think that the traditional family garage had long since disappeared, Started in 1981 by Doug and Terri Whiteley. When Doug had become disillusioned with the ethics of the dealership he was running, Whiteley Autos quickly built its reputation on honest and reliable service with a personal touch. The business grew steadily for the next fifteen years until it was joined by David and Jane in the workshop and admin respectively. Doug and his staff taught them the ropes with David starting his apprenticeship at an Audi Porsche dealership, Doug himself came from a Jaguar, Aston Martin and Bentley background and knew the importance of working on vehicles at the forefront of technology.
Working from a modern, purpose built 5500 Sq.ft workshop, complete with the latest in diagnostic and service equipment, we can cater for all your motoring needs, whether you leave your vehicle and take advantage of our drop to home or work station, have us collect your vehicle or take one of our free courtesy cars, your sure to get on with your day, while your car is being looked after.
As a family owned and operated business, we give the personnel touch that only a family business can. This along with the fact that we have invested heavily in the latest dealer level equipment to maintain your vehicle, means that we offer a truly unique service.

Unlike the main dealer you wont find our staff on bonus schemes which means engineers will take the time to adjust your washer jets aim or adjust your handbrake properly. With us you will always notice that your vehicle had been serviced with the care and attention that only a family owned business can give you.
No work is carried out without prior consent and if you are unsure of any work needed, then we can show you your vehicle on the ramp to explain and show you what is needed. All parts are left so the customer can see what has been replaced.
